1. Where are you based, and can I get an in-person reading? Q: Where are you based, and can get an in-person reading? A: Our "home base" is in the Pacific Northwest, but check our website’s “Appearance” page to see when we'll be near your hometown. We're traveling full time and during 2004, we'll be spending several weeks at a time in many major cities across the United States and Canada. Keep in mind that in person readings are limited while we're traveling and doing special engagements, so make your appointments as soon as you know we'll be near you. Our Appearances |

2. How does a reading work? Q: How does a reading work? A: Dennis' readings come from pure love; there is no ego involved whatsoever. He works with his spirit guides, who, together with your own energy and your guides and loved ones on the other side, pass information through to him to deliver to you. The key is to have no expectations about what you “want” to hear or who you “expect” to hear from. Be open and allow the messages to come to you without trying to make them "fit". |

3. What is the best time frame to wait to try and contact a loved one who has crossed over? Q: What is the best time frame to wait to try and contact a loved one who has crossed over? A: There is no set time for spirits being able to communicate...some take longer than others; some can come through quite clearly within weeks. Those who had a long illness or who had Alzheimers prior to passing can come through right away and communicate very well. We used to say 6 months to 1 year, but have discovered that's no longer the rule. Many are coming through very soon after passing. Soon after making the transition, the spirits will be around their loved ones, trying to get their attention. This can be in the form of playing with lights and electronic equipment, popping lightbulbs, telephones ringing (with no one on the other end), and especially in dreams. Pay attention to the signs and acknowledge the presence of the person now in spirit form. |

4. How does a medium work? What’s the difference between a psychic and a medium? Q: How does a medium work? A: As a medium, Dennis is able to connect with people on the other side, whether they are loved ones, friends, or spirit guides. Again, and here especially, don't have any expectations...allow whatever messages are for you to come through. Finding a medium who is right for you is not an easy task, and should not be done lightly. You must give permission to both the medium and to the loved one's spirit you are seeking to contact. If there is someone specific you wish to contact, you may give that name to Dennis without any other details. However, be prepared for anyone to come through...they come with love and never without a reason. Q: What’s the difference between a psychic and a medium? A: Not all psychics are mediums, and not all mediums will give psychic readings. Everyone is “psychic”…even you! However, not everyone taps into their psychic abilities to be able to give detailed readings. A purely “psychic” reading will give you information about your life’s past, present, and future. A medium will connect with your guides and loved ones on the other side, and will deliver messages to you. Some of that information may also pertain to your life’s events if that is the message you’re supposed to hear. |

6. How much is a private reading? Q: How much is a private reading? A: The cost for a private reading (whether by phone or in person) is $150 for 1/2 hour; $300 for 1 hour. A lot of detailed information comes through in 1/2 hour, however, additional time is always reserved should you decide to extend the length of your session. Payment for readings can be made by major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express). Payment for phone readings can be easily made through our Online Store's secure site www.denalilove.com/newstore and we'll contact you to schedule a date and time for the reading. Charges will not be processed until you are contacted and your reading date and time are confirmed. Payment for in-person readings can be made at the time of your session, by cash or credit card. The name on your charge statement will be: DenAliLove, LLC. If you prefer to send a check or money order, please make it payable to DenAliLove and send to: DenAliLove 2900 N. Government Way #305 Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 Once your order is received, you will be contacted either by email or phone to set up a time and date for your reading. For phone readings, Dennis will call you directly. All readings are recorded on CD format as a courtesy for your convenience and so that you will have it to refer to later on (1 CD is included in the cost of the session). The CD is given to you at the time of your session (in person readings), or is sent to you via first class mail within 4 days of your phone reading. If you prefer that the package be sent to an address other than your home, please provide us with that specific information either on your order form or when we contact you. You can call us toll free at 877-595-4111 to request an appointment, or email with your phone number, state where you live (so we can honor your time zone) and best times to call you. Readings are scheduled on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, usually between 11am and 7pm PST. Upon request, other days and times can be accommodated to fit in with your schedule, if needed. in other time zones, if necessary. 7. I don’t want to hear anything “bad”… Q: I don’t want to hear anything “bad”… A: If you're not ready to hear something, the information will not be given to Dennis. Only messages that are for your highest good are passed on to you. For example, that may mean you might hear something about health issues that you don’t want to hear. But if you’re supposed to know about something, in order to prepare or to take precautions, then, the information will come through in a reading. A perfect example is the woman who was told by her father (on the other side) that she needed to get a check-up and x-rays of her chest. He also firmly told her to quit smoking. She balked and said she’d just had a mammogram the week before and she was fine. Dennis insisted that she needed to go back to her doctor for a complete check-up, including x-rays. When we heard from her several months later, she thanked us and said the x-rays showed spots on her lungs, and she was undergoing treatment. She also quit smoking! Messages may also come through to prepare you for the departure of loved ones still here. Again, only if you’re supposed to hear this information will it be given to you. |

8. Can I ask questions? Q: Can I ask questions? A: Generally, your questions will be answered before you even ask them. However, it is a good idea to have a list of questions to use as a checklist if you have pressing issues that you'd like to bring up during your reading. That way, you won't forget to ask them if necessary. To get the most out of your reading, don't have any expectations...just go with the flow and allow whatever messages are there to come through. |

9. Can a session involve multiple areas? Q: Can 'a session' revolve around multiple areas of my life, or does it need to be one specific issue per session? Just wondering…I'm kind of complex. A: Dennis will focus on as many areas of your life as you need. With the assistance of his guidance, your own, and your loved ones on the other side, the perfect information will come through for you at the proper time. If you want to focus on specific areas, it's okay to let him know. The key for any reading is to listen to what's being said. If it doesn't make sense right now, it will later. That is why we record all sessions. |

10. How effective is a phone reading? Q: How effective is a phone reading? A: Phone readings are as equally effective and accurate as in-person readings. Dennis is a psychic and a medium, which means that he is able to connect with loved ones on the other side, as well as give psychic messages about past, present, and future events in your life. Dennis works with energy and does not need to have actual contact with the person. All phone readings are recorded onto a CD, which is sent to you within 2 to 3 days after your session. |

11. Is there an extra charge if someone sits in on my reading? Q: Is it ok if someone else sits in on my reading, and is there an extra charge? A: We do not charge extra for an additional person, however, keep in mind that the other person may receive information that is not meant for you, and your time could be cut short. If there is someone on the other side who may connect with you both (such as a parent coming through for 2 siblings) that is fine. However, even with relatives and spouses, they have their own friends and memories that may come through in your reading. If there are going to be more than 2 people sitting in on a reading, it's best to reserve a full hour, or schedule separate sessions. As for telephone readings, it's best to have only 1 person on the phone line, and never on a speaker phone. There's simply too much energy in the room if other people are listening in. We record all readings and you are welcome to share your personal reading with others if you so choose. There are always exceptions to this "rule", and we've had several readings with 3 people on a conference that worked out quite well. We give you the warnings; the ultimate decision is yours. |

A: The main difference between phone and in-person sessions is that during in person readings, Alice is also present. Combining her own energy with that of Dennis, Alice serves as a "listener" and grounder of positive energy. Through her "Intuitive Spirit Art Designs" drawn only during readings and Messages from Beyond Circles, Alice often receives messages via her own intuitive process. The messages of the drawings are her interpretation of the information coming through, and are shared with you as a part of the reading process. The designs and colors are all chosen by Spirit...nothing is by chance. The process is fascinating to observe. |

13. How can we get preview and purchase copies of the artwork? Q: Can we purchase the original artwork? A: Originals are $45 each and are available directly from Alice, either at the time of your reading, or whenever you make the request. If you'd like to order a picture from an event or private reading dating back to July, 2001, please email your request: art@denalilove.com. The host of a private Messages from Beyond circle (see below for details) will receive an original of his or her art drawn during the event. Q: How can we get copies of the artwork? A: Copies are $20 each, plus $5 S&H. All copies are printed on high quality photo paper and are signed by Alice as an original. No more than 11 of each print will be made, and the original is always reserved for the person it was drawn for. 14. Do you do past life regressions? Q: Do you do past life regressions? A: Yes. Past life regressions must be done in person. We use a deep meditative process which means there is no hypnosis involved. Through meditation, Dennis will ask you specific questions about what you’re seeing and experiencing. You will be aware of the questions being asked. You will also be viewing your past lives as an “observer” rather than as a “participant”. In this way, you will not relive any of the pain you may be witnessing during the session. The session costs $300 and usually lasts 1 hour, but set aside at least 1.5 hours to be here. The regression session is guaranteed...if you don't tap into at least 1 past life, there is no charge. The session is recorded and the CD provided to you is included in the cost of the session. |

You’re seeing exactly what your soul is showing you. In the first chapter of our book, Together Again: Twin Souls Reunite in Love and Life, Dennis recounts 2 specific lives he discovered through his past-life regression session. With specific details that included names, dates, and places, he was able to research these lives in the U.S. Census records. All email is sent to you as a “blind copy” so no one else will see your screen name. All links are to our own website or have been pre-tested by us, and are perfectly safe to open. |

We never send attachments, and all links contained within the body of our newsletters are pre-tested and perfectly safe to open. Most links will just take you to our own website’s pages. Any links to other sites have been pre-tested and are safe to visit. The newsletter can be sent to you in HTML or text format. You can choose when you subscribe, and can change your selection at any time. Most browsers, including AOL 6.0 and higher can support HTML format. Keep in mind that in person readings are very limited while we're traveling and doing special engagements. A: Dennis is able to assist people with tapping into and developing their own natural psychic abilities, and if you'd like a session such as that, it can be done over the phone or in person. Several of his private readings have actually turned into teaching sessions because that is what the person needed to have at that time. 22. How much are group readings? Private Messages From Beyond circles are available for those who'd like to host one in their home. The minimum for a private circle is $600, which should have a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 12 people to ensure individual messages for each person. The length of time depends on the # of people in attendance, however, plan on 2 to 3 hours. The host will receive an original drawing of his or her choice. When possible, private circles are recorded, and CD's of the sessions are available for $10 per CD, + $3 S&H. (Circles generally have 1 to 3 CD's, depending on the length of the event.) Signed copies of any original of Alice's Intuitive Spirit Art drawn during the Circle may be purchased for $20 per piece (+ $5 S&H). Signed originals can be purchased for $45 per piece. A signed original will be given to the host of a private circle. |

24. What type of workshops do you offer? Q: What type of workshops do you offer? A: F.E.E.D. Your Psychic/Medium Soul: Find, Enable, Exercise and Develop Your Psychic/Medium Abilities This is an exciting workshop presented by twin souls Dennis Jackson and Alice Best and is being offered to those of you who seek to find, enable, exercise, and develop your psychic abilities (F.E.E.D.). Session descriptions: For the Psychometry session, bring something that would have your (or someone else's) energy attached…such as a piece of jewelry, clothing, or other personal items, and bring pictures of people you may want to connect with. You'll tap into abilities you didn't know existed, will even be giving readings for others in the group. During the Pendulum session, if you don't have one, you can make your own pendulum and we'll supply the materials for an additional $5.
