Dear Friends, Summer is in full swing and we're getting ready to be in Las Vegas for 2 weeks! Lots of news about our special events are featured in this issue, along with our regular "Ask Dennis & Alice" column and "Dennis' Corner". People often ask us to bring through "pet names" or some very specific thing only their loved ones would know about. Our pat answer is "this is not a parlor game and spirits don't need to prove anything." We know this because that is precisely what the Spirits on the other side tell us all the time. However, sometimes, they come through when it's needed. Read Dennis' Corner to see how this happened for Alice. Exciting news!! Dennis has created an awesome new CD that will assist you in raising your vibrational levels in order to achieve a stronger connection with your spirit guides, loved ones, and higher self. We've been using this technique for years in our workshops and have just begun doing it with groups as we begin each Messages from Beyond Circle. Ask Dennis & Alice  Q: I heard you on the radio last night for the first time. I was just wondering if you would be able to connect to someone if I don't know them. I was adopted at birth and a few years ago, got the feeling that my birth mother died. If I didn’t know her and she didn’t know me, would there still be a connection? Q: I had a miscarriage and my child came through in a reading. How is this possible? Q: My twin died during our mother's pregnancy. I still feel his presence around me. I also feel guilty for having been the one to be born. Is this normal? A: There is always a connection between souls, whether or not they knew each other in physical life. This connection is also true for siblings or children who were not ever born...those pregnancies terminated through miscarriage or abortion. We know this to be true, as this situation has come up in many readings. Quite often, grandparents or siblings come through with messages and the sitter says, “I never knew my grandparent (or older brother, or great-aunt, etc.).” The answer is always, “They know you!” The soul connection is too great a bond to sever, even if a biological parent didn’t raise you. So, the answer is yes, you can still have a connection and receive a message from your birth mother. To go further with the issue of adoption, it is important to know that souls who choose to be adopted or to be adoptive parents have a strong soul connection as well. It's always interesting when both sets of parents (biological and adoptive) come through in readings and vie for attention. Children or siblings who were never born, due to miscarriage or abortion, often come through with important healing messages. The main message is there was no pain, there should be no guilt, and there is only love. It was the soul's choice to not be born at that time, and is what we call a "supposed to be". This is especially important for the parents to know they did nothing wrong. It is also healing for a sibling who was the survivor of what would have been a multiple birth...the message is there should be no guilt for having been the "lucky" one who made it through. The other soul chose to stay on the other side to perhaps serve as your guide in this lifetime. In that sense, it's debatable as to which is the "lucky" one. Always keep an open mind when having a reading or attending a Message Circle event...and know that the messages will come from many people, even those you never knew in life. |

Q: I got a call today from the lady that does my nails. One of the workers there wants to know if I know someone who can remove an evil curse. Evidently, a psychic put a bad curse on her. Since then she has had very bad luck. I don't know if this is true or what the story really is. My nail lady knows that I've been taking your psychic classes, and I told her I would ask you. I have her email address for you if you want to contact her. A: First, there is NO SUCH THING as an evil curse! It's psycho-babble. If the woman actually believes a curse was put on her, then she in fact manifested it into her own reality. Remember, no one can do anything to another person without express permission (this includes permission of the soul, which is a whole discussion in itself). Things are happening to her because she truly believes she was cursed. How sad. Now, she only needs to believe the curse does not exist, and it won't. If she needs to have some ritual to "remove" the curse (which it appears she does), then have her place herself in a bubble which will protect her from any outside negativity. The type of bubble that the Good Witch of the North (Wizard of Oz) travels in. Except mirrors will be on the outside of this bubble, which will reflect any negative acts or thoughts coming at her from anywhere or anyone. She will be able to see out, but nothing negative will see her or be able to get to her. The negativity will bounce back to the person sending it. With your newly found and developed psychic experience (and as a graduate of our F.E.E.D. classes!!), you can explain how she can do it, and you can even assist her in creating the bubble for herself. That might help to make her feel better. We won't contact her, because she must ask for and want the help. You can do this...we know you can. Let us know how it turns out! |

Confirmations - The Pledge Name I have never doubted the information that comes through for my clients. I have always felt what I was hearing, feeling and seeing to be true and accurate. There have been many times messages have been validated by my clients, but the most significant validation for me was from my twin soul, Alice. Several years ago, we were in San Francisco presenting a Twin Soul workshop and Spirit Message Circle. We’d also scheduled private readings and Alice, hearing all the messages coming through for others, was feeling a little left out. “Your readings are becoming so accurate and specific for everyone. I’d like you to do a reading for me,” she asked me one morning. “Sure,” I said, “but let’s go have some coffee and breakfast first.” “Great,” she replied as we went downstairs to the hotel restaurant. Now I have to go back about 3 years earlier to a conversation when Alice had asked for a specific message. She said if I was truly in touch with the other side, I should get in touch with her best friend Sherril who had passed seven years before from cancer. I was supposed to ask Sherril to tell me her high school sorority pledge name. All I knew was there were several words in the name, and only Alice and Sherril, who’d been best friends since 5th grade, would remember what they were. My reply was “Yeah, right! I have no idea what her pledge name was, but I will give it a try.” Then I told her, “Sherril says she won’t give it to me right now. It's not her place to make you a believer. This, she says, you will have to do on your own.” “What a cop out,” Alice said, “I do believe, but it would be nice to have some specific confirmation like your clients get.” Then, one morning about 6 months later Alice was getting ready to go to her office when, out of the blue she asked, “Hey, how about trying to get Sherril's pledge name again?” “Okay,” I said slowly. I sat down on the bed, went into a meditative state and these words popped out of my mouth: “OK Froggy, show me your face”. It was as if someone had grabbed Alice and spun her around as she was walking into her closet. “What did you say?” she asked with a startled look on her face. “‘OK Froggy, show me your face’ is what I said,” I told her repeating the phrase. “Is frog one of the words, because ‘froggy’ just popped out of my mouth?” “Yes, now what are the other two?” “Frog isn’t enough?” I laughed. “No,” she smiled back, “I want it all!” “I’m not getting anymore, sorry.” “Just like Sherril to give you only a little bit.” “Well honey, I guess you’ll just have to wait a little longer.” And wait she did, it was almost 2 years later when we were in San Francisco. So there we were, seated across the breakfast table from each other, when Alice said, “Today is Sherril’s birthday and she would have been 49 years old. Today would be the perfect time for her to tell you her pledge name.” “OK, I’ll give it a try. I agree it would be perfect.” Then I continued on through my process to connect to the other side and immediately felt Sherril’s presence. As I connected with her energy, I felt warmth and much love coming through. Then she started sending, and I repeated what I was hearing. “Al… Alo… Alo-i-sh…” “Yes…yes…” Alice was slowly prodding. It was coming slowly; then I heard "Aloysius!" "It's 'Aloysius'. Aloysius is the first word isn’t it?” I asked Alice. Wide eyed, she said, “Yes it is, now what is the other word?” “I don’t know, but Sherril is cackling and laughing so hard. No, wait, she’s giggling. She’s giggling. Is the last word giggle?” I asked with a startled look. It was then I noticed the tears and big smile on Alice’s face as she put the three words together to complete the pledge name that took almost 3 years to get. “Aloysius Giggle Frog!” she stated with awe, yet with a bounce in her voice. Alice had finally received the confirmation she needed for so long. |

Featured Art by Alice - Twin Sisters  This drawing was made during a private Messages from Beyond circle. The message was for a woman who was born a twin, but whose sister only lived for a few days. We were all amazed to see how this drawing depicted a very much alive twin on the right, and on the left, a twin who did not survive. In addition to the surviving "twin" having the color red to signify life, the colorless "twin" appears to have a stake through the heart. The reading was healing, for after so many years of wondering why only 1 had survived, the twin in Spirit came through with loving messages to tell her sister she'd been with her throughout her life. denalilove.com/newstore |

Aloha Dennis and Alice, "Review" (May issue) was very interesting as I had never thought about going through the tunnel being like going through the birth canal. Having given birth to 4 children, I am aware that the birth canal is very short but, while giving birth, an illusion of miles of distance seems very real! A mother's love for her son When loved ones choose to communicate with us, they do so in every possible way they can. We are constantly reminding people to look for signs and messages in songs, on billboards, license plates, and even bumper stickers! When random thoughts and memories come into your mind, pay close attention -- it may be an important message for you or just someone trying to say hello. We received an email from a woman in Las Vegas who had come for a private reading with her daughter and daughter-in-law. Her son (their brother and husband) came through immediately with loving messages for them, and important facts detailing how and why his car accident had occurred. The following is her note to us, along with a lovely tribute to her son, Hoke. I had a reading with you last year on June 29th in which my son Hoke had come through. I can't tell you enough what that gift meant to me. In October I was driving home from work and these verses started coming into my head. I got home and wrote them down. In less than an hour I had a poem. I have never before written a poem in my life and probably could never do it again.
